Our story
Najd Almotakamela was founded in Riyadh in 2007 and built its record in general contracting, finishing and infrastructure on projects for major developers and organisations across the Kingdom.
It was then joined by the engineering team of Upgrade Team (Upgrade Team for Technology Solutions), working since 2013 in low-current systems, power and data centres. That turned Najd Almotakamela into a systems integrator that brings construction, technology, energy and operation under one roof.
Today we design, build and operate a facility's systems as one harmonious whole, and we stay accountable for them after handover.
Najd Almotakamela and Upgrade Team: two strengths, one system
Najd Almotakamela, since 2007
general contracting, finishing and infrastructure, on projects for major developers and organisations across the Kingdom.
Upgrade Team, since 2013
low-current systems, power and data centres, with one engineering team that designs, builds and maintains.
The result is one party that builds the building and its systems, then operates and maintains them.
Meet Najd Group"We don't just lay cable. We draw the building's nervous system before it's built."
What sets us apart
Harmony by design
we design the infrastructure up front to serve every system and to grow at lower cost.
