Najd Almotakamela and Upgrade Team: two strengths, one system
Najd Almotakamela, since 2007
general contracting, finishing and infrastructure, on projects for major developers and organisations across the Kingdom.
Upgrade Team, since 2013
low-current systems, power and data centres, with one engineering team that designs, builds and maintains.
The result is one party that builds the building and its systems, then operates and maintains them.
